Join Marybeth and Monica for a rejuvenating 3 night/4 day wellness retreat at Mallard Point Resort in the beautiful northern wild of Grand Rapids, MN.
An opportunity to (re) connect with nature and engage the senses, while in the community of others. For all who identify as women, femme + non-binary and want to unearth their own inner wild through forest bathing, journaling, wood fired saunas, cold plunges in the freshwater lake and embodied movement.
(Re)connect with nature, your intuition and your most authentic self
(Re)discover your dreams and your power
(Re)ignite the flame within you to step into the unknown and create
You'll sleep in cozy cabins with high ceilings and large windows that face south for views from a private peninsula and lots of natural light. Have your morning coffee with a peaceful lake view in front of a cozy fireplace, or venture out to the dock.
Hearty, healthy vegetarian meals will be provided – including welcome drinks, coffee, cozy hot chocolate, and more.
Much of the pace of this retreat is built around a signature Unearth Your Inner Wild writing and unearthing framework - it's structured to help you (re)discover your authentic self and the things that stoke your internal fire and (re) connect to your intuition.
Find balance through short hikes, walks, paddling on the lake, and daily gentle yoga and meditation practices. Expect equal amounts space to relax in a sauna and invitations for embodied movement and breath in community.
